Our story began in 2013 amid the period of economic prosperity in Siem Reap – the period that people were on the lookout for acquiring more properties for their family needs. These properties could be in the form of land, houses, and holiday homes. Despite the great demand and supplies of properties available in Siem Reap, there were also many issues arising in the property market on various aspects.
While working for his relative, our founder Kimsuor thought to himself that he always had the dream to build affordable homes for people with trust, quality, and convenience. By seeing the opportunity available in the market and having the expertise and network, Kimsuor decided to step into the business world on real estate development to address and deal with the challenges happening in the real estate market at that time. He was able to transform challenges into opportunities for the people in need of affordable homes. The philosophy that inspired him up until today is that “everyone deserves to have a home”.
Today Suorkear Investment has successfully launched many property projects over the years. It has efficiently and consistently provided harmonious and affordable living experiences to people through effective and flexible financing arrangements — and of course, combined with the long-term view on creating tremendous impact on society and the people across Cambodia.
